Fraser Project Management managed a 4,000 sf expansion project on the 52nd floor in Q4 of 2012 on the John Hancock Tower then also managed the integration of additional offices and conference room space in Q2 of 2013 for one of Boston’s largest hedge fund firms.

 

The expansion project included premium finishes to match existing and state of the art audio visual systems and additional conference room space. Stored carpet from past project was utilized to save costs and the project was completed in eight (8) weeks.

 

The Phase III project included additional private offices and conference room space with state of the art audio visual systems. The project was completed seamlessly within an occupied space in eight (8) weeks.
