This 7,000 SF tenant improvement relocation project for a prestigious real estate firm moving from the 37th floor to the 28th floor of One Post Office Square, Boston in the heart of Boston’s Financial District included new finishes, a new reception area, collaboration area and conference rooms.

 

Many materials in the space were refurbished and reused to significantly reduce the budget. The project was completed in Q2 of 2013 in three (3) weeks.
